Luke's designs stood out all around town when I arrived last summer. A perfect capture of the area's best views in a logo form. I fell in love with them, and the colors were right up my alley. I did a little digging, and learned that Luke was also an art teacher in the area. After 12 years in myself, I knew it was tough to pursue a side hustle at the same time, so I reached out. Did I mention he also has triplets? Turned out, his wife was literally right under my nose and a teacher at my son's preschool program. I invited the family to attend a pop up last summer to see if we could have them join us, and they agreed! Luke has been busy cooking up new offerings as well as old favorites for our pop up! We can't wait to see what he has in store!

How has your upbringing influenced your creativity?
My parents were always so supportive and provided me with the opportunities to take extra drawing lessons and other art classes.

Aspiring to...
We are truly a "family" business! We design and print everything by hand out of our house. Even our 7 year old triplets will help stretch screens, pull ink, and they love to make deliveries!!

What does a normal day look like for you?
During the school year its teach all day, coach after school, and then print in the evenings. In the summer it's wake up with the family have some coffee and then attend to the daily tasks (prep screens, pull ink, make deliveries, meet with a client, book keeping, etc.). Most of our designs are inspired by our beautiful surroundings so I try to get out every time I can with friends and family to take it all in.

What are your favorite + least favorite parts about what you do?
My favorite part of this is I get to work with my family by my side! My least favorite are the long days that sometimes have to be done!

How are you "making light" in your everyday life?
I try to keep everything in perspective...having said that, balance between work and life is very important to me. This helps keep my stress level just right :)
