How are you staying safe and handling your business during COVID-19?
To help slow the spread of the coronavirus, our team is currently working remotely to keep our online shop open, as our physical shop remains closed.
We’ve increased the frequency of cleanings and sanitization efforts in our small shipping space. All relevant employees continue to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing and social distancing.
Leland gal's response to dealing with the coronavirus (COVID-19) is aligned with recommendations outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as government decisions.
How can I change my order?
You can send changes to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it hasn't been shipped.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Diner's Club, PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do you calculate sales tax for web orders?
Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within the state of Michigan. We don't charge sales tax on out of state shipments.
What if the item I want is sold out?
If the item you want is sold out, please write to us at email@example.com. There’s a chance we may get the product you’re interested back in stock, and we’ll do all we can to accommodate your requests.
What is your shipping policy?
All Leland gal orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and the cost is based on your specific order's weight. With each order, you will provided with a tracking number. Once orders are received, they will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed. Orders with monograms or custom items will take longer before they are shipped. Outdoor pillows, shower curtains, dog begs, sherpa blankets, giclees and ottomans are made to order and will arrive typically within 10 business days of ordering. Irregular items such as furniture, large artwork, etc. will require custom packaging and increased rates.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our little shop headquarters here in Leland, Michigan.
What is your return/exchange policy? How do I return an item?
All sales are FINAL on fabric, wallpaper, giclées and sale items.
Fabric items that are unwashed, unused and in perfect condition may be returned within 30 days of the postmarked date on your package for a for store credit or full refund. Leland gal is happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 30 days of the postmarked date on your package.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to us at email@example.com with your invoice number (found on your receipt), a list of items you would like to return or exchange, and a reason for return or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Leland gal. Upon receipt of a return authorization email from Leland gal, pack the merchandise (unwashed, unworn, with original tags, with receipt, and free of any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new) in the original package (if possible) and send the return merchandise to the address sent to you.
Leland gal reserves the right to deny exchanges or refunds if items do not meet the return policy requirements. We require that all tags and labels be still attached and that the item be in perfect, original condition. We inspect all items thoroughly before shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Leland gal will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff. When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange speedily and as directed. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and Leland gal will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you. Please know that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

Do you offer Trade Discounts to Interior Designers?
YES! We adore working with Interior Designers! All you need to do is email email@example.com with your website and credentials, and we will explain how our trade discount works. We especially love when you share your gorgeous photos with imaginative ways of using our fabric. Many fresh ideas have been born out of collaboration.
May I post about your work on my blog or website?
Yes! Please make sure you link and give credit to any and all photos where it's due. Thanks for sharing my work safely.
What is your policy on privacy?
The personally identifiable information that you provide to us and information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient and to provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience. This information may also be shared with our third party service providers that assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may be of interest to you.
